Legendary Chartiers Valley Head Basketball Coach Tim McConnell will be hosting basketball camps on the campus of  through out the summer months. *** Because of construction on the CV campus, the 2017 camp will be held at Upper St. Clair High School.

Boys and Girls shooting camps will be held at the Chartiers Valley Primary School, which is located across the street from the Chartiers Valley High School complex, 125 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017

The Pittsburgh Basketball Club highly recommends these camps for improvement in your son or daughter’s game and for the amount of individual instruction the children receive during camp.

SCORING FACTORY YOUTH ACADEMIES 2017

The Scoring Factory, under the leadership of Coach Pete Strobl, will be hosting Youth Academies throughout Western PA in the spring of 2017.

With an emphasis on skill development, this is a great program for the aspiring basketball player. Coach Strobl is one of the nations leading skills development coaches and assists many area college players improve there game.

MOON BASKETBALL CAMPS 2016

Moon Basketball Coach Adam Kaufman will be hosting youth basketball camps for Grades 1 thru 5 June 20 thru 24, 2016 and for grades 6-10 June 27 thru July 1, 2016.

Camps will feature extensive work on basketball fundamentals in stationary and moving ball handling skills, pivoting, passing and of course shooting and driving to the basket.

OZANAM DEFEATS PBC 131-120 IN SHOWCASE

The inaugural PBC-Ozanam Showcase at Montour High School was a huge success. The Ozanam team, lead by MVP Jordan Rawls of Allderdice’s 26 points defeated the PBC squad 131-120. The PBC squad was led by PBC MVP Nick Aloi with 32 points.

The gym for this event was filled with legends of Western PA basketball, both past, present and future as well as dozens of college scouts. A new tradition was born and we are looking forward to hosting the event along with Darelle Porter of the Ozanam Center in 2017. We are in the planning stages of adding a Girls game as well as a Future Stars game for next year as well as the Skills Competition, 3 point shooting contest and Slam Dunk contest held the night before the games.

Thank you to the many who came out and supported the kids and we are looking forward to seeing every one in 2017!

D-II-DIII PRO AM SET FOR LAROCHE COLLEGE

We are very pleased to announce we will again hold the 2016 PBC D-II/III Pro Am Summer League at the air conditioned Kerr Center on the campus of LaRoche College.
The league is unique in that NCAA rules allow players at this level to play collectively as a team. This is a great opportunity for players who will be freshman in the Fall of 2016 to become acclimated to the speed of collegiate basketball.
Tentative start date of late June (we are awaiting for the approved dates for games but we are trying for the Tuesday-Thursday of past years). League schedule of 6 regular season games with Top 4 making the playoffs.
Championship game July 21, 2016 at Montour High School prior to the Division I championship.

ROBERT MORRIS DAY CAMP 2016

Robert Morris Head Basketball Coach Andy Toole will be hosting his annual basketball camp at the  Sewall Center on the campus of Robert Morris University June 13-16, 2016.

Coach Toole’s camps are known for there emphasis on individual instruction throughout the morning sessions with organized team activities by afternoon. The camp will also feature guest speakers as well as instruction by Coach Toole and the Robert Morris University men’s basketball staff.
