The Pittsburgh Basketball Club will be celebrating its 30th Anniversary this year! What started out as a Summer League in the middle of the Nike-adidas shoe wars of the early 90’s has turned into a community staple that assists thousands of youth of all ages to enjoy the game of basketball.
Amongst the many events planned for 23-24:
- 30th annual Summer League
- 25th Annual Fall League
- Women’s Hall of Fame induction luncheon
- Men’s Hall of fame induction brunch
- PBC-BC Bantam League and Grade School Championships
- Annual Boys Varsity Hall of Fame Classic
- Annual Girls Varsity High School Classic
- Annual Boys and Girls Legends Classic
- 30th Anniversary Team (2020-23)
- Implementation of PBC Awards event for Boys and Girls coming Spring 2024
- “Supreme Court” Boys and Girls top performers from PBC events
- Annual Cetrone Award Coach of the Year
- Annual Wovchko Award as Summer League MVP
We will cap off the yearlong celebration with a “PBC at 30” celebration. Details of this will be announced shortly.
